Collection, Use and Retention of Customer and Investor Information

We collect nonpublic information about you from the following sources:

  • Information we receive from you on applications or other forms such as your name, address, social security number, assets, income and net worth.
  • Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others.
  • Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.

We use this information primarily to comply with securities and anti-money laundering laws and to service accounts.

 

Disclosure of Information

As required by law, we also provide non-public personal information about clients and investors to the Internal Revenue Service, the Securities and Exchange Commission and other regulatory and governmental agencies on request, or in response to subpoenas. We may also supply such information to other financial institutions to facilitate anti-money laundering inquiries, as provided by law.

We do not disclose nonpublic personal information except as described above. We do not sell such information to any person or institution.

Paul Gaydos

Partner and Head of Syndicate

Paul Gaydos is a Partner and Head of Syndicate at InvestorLink Capital Markets.

Previously, Paul was Head of Syndicate for InvestorLink’s predecessor, Linscott Capital Markets, where he marketed over 600 equity new issue transactions to retail investors.

Paul has over 21 years of experience on Wall Street, having started his career in the Equity Sales and Trading Division of Deutsche Bank Securities. He subsequently moved into the Equity Capital Markets Group where he focused on syndicate execution for IPOs, follow-ons, convertible bonds, and block tradesHe has held similar positions at Mizuho Securities and Guggenheim Securities.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

Zachary Klehr

Managing Partner

Zachary Klehr is a Managing Partner of InvestorLink Capital Markets.

Prior to joining InvestorLink, Zach was the Executive Vice President of Fund Management at FS Investments, where he served on the firm’s investment committees and led portfolio management, fund strategy, client services, operations, technology, and marketing. Before joining FS Investments, Zach was a Vice President at the private equity firm Versa Capital, and before that, worked for five years at Goldman, Sachs & Co.

Zach has an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science also from the University of Pennsylvania.

He currently serves on the boards of The Philadelphia Zoo and The Philadelphia School.

Matthew Michel

Founder and Managing Partner

Matthew Michel is the Founder and Managing Partner of InvestorLink Capital Markets and its predecessor, Linscott Capital Markets.

Matt brings to InvestorLink nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry at the intersection of retail and institutional markets. Prior to founding InvestorLink, Matt was Vice President of Business Development at Stevens & Lee/Griffin, a platform of professional services businesses consisting of an AmLaw 200 law firm, a leading FIG-focused middle market investment bank, a global private equity fundraising business, as well as several other consulting business units.

Matt began his career at MassMutual and Merrill Lynch/BAML after earning his Bachelor of Science from LaSalle University.

He is a member of the Advisory Committee of Tsai Capital Corporation, a global investment management firm based in New York City.
